DIRECTOR
Meet Leigh Ann JOhnsOn
Originally from Mississippi, Leigh Ann moved here two years ago and brings a deep love for learning and a strong educational background to Little Farmhands. She and her husband Larry have been married for 13 years and are proud parents of five children, as well as a growing family that includes a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and one sweet grandson.
Leigh Ann holds an Associate’s Degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University. She is certified to teach K–8 and K–12 remedial reading in Mississippi, and most recently earned her Infant/Toddler credentials in December 2024.
She believes every child can thrive with the right guidance and that strong reading skills unlock a lifelong love of learning.

Meet MOlleigh Luke
Originally from Mississippi, Molleigh brings a kind heart and a love for early childhood care to Little Farmhands. After graduating from Puckett Attendance Center in 2023, she continued her education at Jones College and Copiah-Lincoln Community College.
With over four years of experience as a babysitter and nanny, Molleigh has a natural passion for nurturing little ones. She finds joy in helping children learn, play, and grow — and always has a smile ready for story time or snack time.

meet christine lemaster
With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for education, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Little Farmhands Academy. She began her entrepreneurial journey at 19, building and running her successful business for over two decades. In 2012, Christine transitioned to working with the Laramie County School District as a certified Speech and Language Aide. Her experience also includes roles as a Language Interventionist and Special Education Paraeducator in various classrooms, where she ensured that every child’s unique needs were met with care and expertise.
Christine’s background in business and education and her love for helping children grow, make her the heart and soul of Little Farmhands Academy. Whether she’s sharing her entrepreneurial insights or fostering a nurturing, hands-on learning environment, Christine is committed to creating a space where children thrive and families feel at home.
